On the other end of the best coast, redline student managers from Washington State, University of Washington, Western Washington University, University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and Langara College enjoyed a laid back weekend at Mount Baker. Some students snowboarded, while others kept cozy in the cabin. DSM Ron Alford and alum Seth Pike came to hang out and share some great thoughts on leadership.
On March 1st, CEO Henry Bedford and our director Nate Vogel flew to UCLA! We had an awesome campus meeting at Jerry’s Famous Deli in Westwood, in which Henry and Nate shared awesome wisdom and perspective for the school year and summer time! It was an awesome time of meeting new team members and getting to know everyone. UCLA is gunning to be a top 5 campus this year! Be on the lookout :)
On February 11th, students from UCLA, Santa Monica College and Biola University had their annual GetBack meeting in Thounsand Oaks California! Alums Lauren and Nicole LaForge also came as guest speakers to share their experiences with Southwestern Advantage and how it’s helped shape them into the awesome and successful young women they are today.
